Who we are
PHLUX Collects (@phluxcollects) sells Pokémon TCG cards and sealed product online and at live shows. This page explains what we collect on phluxcollects.com and what we do with it.
Newsletter and discount codes
When you join our list (for example to unlock a discount code), we store your email address, the date you joined, where you signed up and the wording you agreed to. We use it to email you deals, new drops and live show alerts. We never sell or rent your email. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, or message us on Instagram at @phluxcollects and we’ll remove you.
Orders
If you buy through this site, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive what we need to fill your order (such as your name, email and shipping address); we never see or store your full card number.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (pages visited, buttons clicked). It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
Where it’s stored
Sign-ups are stored in Google Firebase. Access is limited to PHLUX Collects.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging @phluxcollects on Instagram.
