Terms of Sale

You check out signed in to a free account (we email you a code, no password), so your orders, tracking and receipts are in one place. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Prices are in US dollars and follow the card market, so they can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Most cards are one of a kind. Being in your cart doesn't hold a card; it's yours once checkout is complete.

Our cards are also listed on other marketplaces. If a card in your order sells somewhere else first, we'll cancel that card and give you a full refund for it, including its share of shipping if nothing is left to ship. We'll let you know by email.

Condition grades (Near Mint, Lightly Played and so on) are our honest opinion from looking at the card. They aren't a professional grade, and other graders may see a card differently. Photos show the actual card you'll get. If it doesn't match the description, the returns policy covers you.

Shipping methods, times and what happens if a package is lost are on the shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery or at pickup.

Need to cancel? Message us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped or been picked up yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

We're an independent shop. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company or any card maker.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
